Release of an Ad hoc announcement according to § 15 WpHG

 

Nuremberg, Amsterdam, the Netherlands, 25th of November 2008 - ad pepper media International N.V., and its member of the Management Board, Mr Niels Nüssler, responsible for sales, today terminated their cooperation by mutual agreement. Mr Nüssler resigned from office with immediate effect. For an interim period Mr Ulrich Schmidt (CEO) will take over all responsibilities of Mr Nüssler.
