Sales Executive (m/f)

Role and responsibilies:

Reporting to the Managing Director, this role is pivotal in the generation of new business and growth in the country market with a personal target to match. The right applicant will have a proven ability to work independently in his/her market whilst coordinating with the whole sales team to add value in other markets and learn from successes elsewhere. Experience in developing business and account plans is also required. It is also a pre requisite that the candidate be familiar with and has proven execution of good value proposition tools and activity in order to generate account interest.

Your scope of functions:

Acquisition of performance-oriented online marketing etats

  • Commercialization of national and international ad spaces of the ad pepper media-group to national agencies and their performance-clients
  • Continual search for new customers and acquisition in the direct- and agency-division
  • Development of compatible media solutions in Web and E-Mail - if required in collaboration with the colleagues in Business Development and Project Management
  • Consulting and sale of specific, fitting targeting-solutions
  • Conception & sale of campaigns for prospective customer
  • Conception & sale of international campaigns
  • Market investigation for the purpose of identifying sectors and clients

Client consulting, -support and –upselling

  • Active analysis of client-needs and specific client-support for Up-Selling and Cross-selling
  • Development and attendance of campaigns in cooperation with project- and campaign-management
  • Debriefing of campaigns in order to create follow up bookings, improvements and test-bookings of alternative concepts
  • Professional and intensive customer-relationship-management
  • Coordinate and cooperative contact with co-workers in the sales-department and in other divisions and sister companies

 

Our demand / request:

You can show a successfully completed university degree or comparable training in business management. You have collected practical work experience in Sales (3-5 years), ideally in e-commerce, marketing or trading. Professional knowledge and affinity for the subject of online media, marketing and business management are also subject to an asset.

You are communicative and sociable, have a high self-motivation and take on goal-oriented tasks pro-actively and independently. In a dynamic environment, you move safely and quickly to gain the acceptance of the relevant contact and negotiating partner. Based on your analytical and conceptual thinking ability you are able to record complex contexts within a short time, to structure them and push them forward.

A very good knowledge of English in speaking and writing as well as mastering the standard Microsoft Office programs (in particular Excel) are common sense to you.

Trafficking/Campaign manager (m/f)

We are looking for a candidate with excellent breadth of knowledge across digital technology and a keen interest in extending that knowledge and experience. The successful candidate will lead projects to ensure that our client has the best in breed digital tracking, targeting and other digital media technologies.

A strong focus on the role will be innovation and ensuring that our client is ahead of the curve in a rapidly changing market.

The successful candidate will need to develop a clear idea of where they see the future of digital marketing and the technologies required to deliver upon this reit. They will also need to have excellent communication and project management skills to co ordinate projects with the client, the technology team and technology providers.


Essential Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
The Technical Ad Ops Manager will have proven experience in a technical role within digital marketing.

  • Excellent knowledge of the Digital Marketplace and related technologies.
  • Advanced Knowledge of Adserving systems such as MediaMind, Doubleclick and Atlas.
  • Knowledge of WebAnalytics technology
  • Working knowledge of web technologies including HTML, Javascript and Flash.
  • Experience in running large and complex projects across multiple markets
  • Able to develop relationships and motivate suppliers and internal team members
